Early detection of disease gives your pet the best chance of achieving a quick return to health or in some cases can significantly prolong life.

To help you PREVENT, rather than to treat your pet's problems, in July and August we have launched free health assessments with our nurses for all senior patients.

Our patients can also benefit from a free blood pressure check together with a vaccination or any blood test (including well pet blood test at discounted price).

As our pets age they experience similar kinds of aches, pains and age-related diseases as we do. Unlike humans, our pets' life spans are shorter and they cannot always tell us when something is wrong. You, however, know your pet better than anyone else and can alert us to any changes in your pet's condition before it becomes serious. By scheduling regular health assessments and blood tests, you can work together with us to help your pet live a longer and healthier life.

When is my pet a 'Senior'?       100x100_fitbox-old_times.jpeg

Depending on the breed, siz200x200_fitbox-inteligent_dog1.jpege and weight of your dog, senior years can be as early as six or seven. Cats generally live longer lives and their senior years can begin around the age of ten or eleven. For example, your cat may be eight years old in human years, but is 48 in cat years. A 45 kg dog that is ten years old in human years is 78 in dog years!
